Introduction and objectives:

 


The Aviation Security Section, in collaboration with the ICAO Regional Office in the Middle East and the Queen Noor Civil Aviation Technical College, will organize from 6 to 8 October 2003 in Sheraton Hotel in Amman, Jordan, an international symposium on aviation security.

Participation:

The seminar is restricted to public or private administrations, entities and organizations, airlines and airport representatives concerned with security matters or involved in security systems in the European, Middle East and African regions.

Working languages:

The Seminar will be conducted in both Arabic and English. Some documentation will be provided in both languages.

Administrative arrangements for the seminar:

Registrations fees are as follows:

  1. “All-inclusive” fee for international participants staying at the Amman Sheraton: U.S.$ 755.00
    (includes breakfast)

  2. International participants not staying at the Sheraton: U.S.$ 495.00
  3. Local participants U.S.$ 95.00
  4. Exhibitors fee with equipment: U.S.$4 900.00
  5. Exhibitors fee with booth space only: U.S.$3 200.00

All packages include

  • Documents and organization of the seminar;

  • Refreshment breaks; and
  • Transport within the framework of the seminar.

Payments are in US $ exclusively, upon reservation by bank transfer to the following financial institution:

Closing of registration:

The closing of registration is set for 15 September 2003. Since the number of participants is limited, any registration that is not confirmed by a bank transfer or an official letter from the host administration will not be accepted.
