It is the policy of Queen Noor Civil Aviation Technical College (QNCATC) to aim for full customer and student satisfaction by providing very high quality training and educational services in different specialized fields of Civil Aviation including Airport operation, maintenance and management, Air Navigation, Aviation Security, Flight Safety and Aviation Management.

The college aims at achieving the following objectives:

•  To provide consultancy services and qualified technical manpower to meet the requirements of Civil Aviation in Jordan and the region.

•  To raise the standard of the employees for promotion of safety and efficiency of Civil Aviation Operations.

•  To cooperate with International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and other international and regional institutions to achieve the maximum benefits.

The College is committed to continually improve its management system through implementing and complying with the requirements of ISO 9001: 2000 quality management system, which covers all the college’s training and educational operations and applies to all college's personnel.

The college is committed to establish and continuously review the quality objectives that it strives to achieve through the periodic meetings of its quality steering committee.
