Under the patronage of His Excellency Mr. Dhaifallah Al-Farajat, Chairman of the Board of Commissioners of the Civil Aviation Regulatory Commission, Queen Noor Civil Aviation College celebrated the graduation of participants in the Advanced Procedural and Radar Air Traffic Control Courses, marking a new milestone in the College’s ongoing efforts to prepare and qualify specialized professionals for the civil aviation sector. The graduation of the two courses is the result of institutional cooperation between Queen Noor Civil Aviation College and the Civil Aviation Regulatory Commission, reflecting both parties’ commitment to investing in human resources, enhancing the capabilities of national personnel, and strengthening their readiness to meet the demands of the aviation sector in accordance with international best practices and standards. The Director General of the College, His Excellency Dr. Farhan Aref Al-Mashaqbeh, emphasized that this achievement reflects the strength of the institutional partnership with the Civil Aviation Regulatory Commission and demonstrates the College’s commitment to its role in preparing highly qualified national professionals in line with the highest international standards and in response to the rapid developments taking place in the aviation industry. Since its establishment in 1973, Queen Noor Civil Aviation College has continued to fulfill its mission of providing specialized academic and training programs that contribute to supplying the aviation sector with qualified professionals at both the local and regional levels. The College builds on more than five decades of accumulated experience and its membership in the global TRAINAIR PLUS Programme. The graduation of these professionals represents more than the completion of a training course; it is another step toward building a more efficient and prepared aviation system and strengthening the presence of national talent in one of the sectors most closely connected to the future.
